heartburn!! ahhhhhh

Not a question, I just get such bad heartburn -.- I mean I will take whatever my baby girl wants to give me lol, but it burns sooooooo bad! I am 29 weeks and 4 days, I have never had heartburn in my life ( I'm 22 btw) and these past 2 weeks I have been having one everyday,  it doesn't Matter what I eat, I get heartburn with everything I eat & drink!! I seen where women say when you have bad heartburn it means your baby will have a lot of hair, do you ladies think its true?

I am married, ftm and so ready to meet my princess when she feels its time to make her way into my arms :D ♡♥♡

Due April 23rd

As for the hair thing? My mom had it BAD and we were all bald lmao. But I did read that there is a link between heartburn and a chemical/hormone/whatever that goes with hair growth.

I'm 21 years old and never had heartburn. 12 weeks in, it just got worse and worse. By 18 weeks I had to be out on a special prescription medicine for GERD. I go back on Thursday and will probably need a bigger dosage(I'll be almost 23 weeks) because it's coming back again. I can't sleep and I don't want to be throwing up from it again.

All I can say is DO NOT DRINK MILK. I was told it may ease at first bit it turns into acid so it'll likely make it worse unless you're really lucky lol. Put your arms up over your head and stand/sit up straight or pace. Sounds silly and is uncomfortable but it stretches your stomach a bit to be xlosert to its normal size. It's all smooshed up now. Also, beef and stuff is harder to digest than chicken. Chocolate makes it worse too. :(

Hopefully its true lol, me and my husband were born with a ton of hair lol!! And ugh these heartburns, I can't eat anything without getting one, when I went to my ultrasound at 28 weeks to check on my low placenta ( which moved up ) the tech showed me where her hair is growing in :D I can't wait to put little bows and headbands on my baby girl♡ I hope April 23rd comes fast!

I had terrible heartburn while I was pregnant, and had never had it before either. Zantac was my best friend lol. I was induced, and they wouldn't let me eat anything until after my baby was born. They did let me have a popsicle and some ice chips. How those gave me heartburn I'll never know lol. My baby had tons of hair, so idk if its true or not lol.
