heartburn indigestion

Hi 29wks an nt sure hw mny days lol lost count bt I always hv prblms wth heartburn an indigestion as if the food is stayin in my throat accompanied by a burnin sensation, sigh im out of ideas any1

I get it all the time too, even when I dont eat anything I still get it. I went through about 6 big bottles of tums already.. I heard about the baking soda too, but I rather eat tums then drink baking soda. And someone told me if you eat a spoonful of mustard it goes away, but I can't stand the taste of mustard so there's no way I'm gonna try it.

Thnks everyone for the advice I've bn hvn the feelin as if somthns stuck in my throat after meals its worse gonna try all the advice like the baking soda idea, reminds me of the chocolate cake mixture im constantly craving gulpin dwn lol thk u every1 is anyone from South Africa?

I get it too it.feels.like the foods right there.in your.throat.and.it tastes.gross sometimes it hurts and makes me.feel.like I'm gonna throw up! I haven't found anything that's helped ME :(

Try a teaspoon of Baking soda with a cup or two of water. I haven't tried it, but the people I know that has tried it said it works. My gma is the one who told me to try it when I have horrid heartburn, but I'm scared of it tasting bad. I gave this advice to someone else on this website the other day and they said it made them burp a lot, but they felt so much better and she said the taste wasn't too terrible.

i had heart burn too until i stopped drinking liquids with my food. you could try drinking before or after a meal instead of with the meal. i know it worked for me, might be worth a try.
if not you can use tums too.
