That's part of it , the baby has dropped a little over a week ago. I have small meals throughout the day. I last eat 2-3 hours before I lay down. The papaya extract sounds promising. Thanks!
Papaya Extract helps me. It comes in chewable tablets and is available at health food stores. Also, you need to try to eat mini meals. Once, the baby drops it should get better.
Sorry yet thankful I'm not the only one. I will have to talk with my Dr tomorrow to see what she recommends. It's just so gross and to be honest a little scary. I keep thinking what if I didn't wake up. Thank you for the responses and best of luck. Not much longer!
I'm going through the same thing, I'm 37wks and my doc said zantac was safe to take. When I go to bed propped up or not i trend to wake about 15 minutes later to vomit. So gross! Sometimes more then once i wake because of it. I don't have anything for hours before bedtime EXCEPT water and sure enough it still happens.
Im 37wks aswell and what helped me was id lay on the couch with a warm rag pressed against my forehead and just lay there until it goes away. I ended up getting my doc to give me ranitidine for it because it was so bad.
I hear you... im 32 weeks and for the past few days im starting to feel like i didi my first trimester. All day at work i feel very nauseous and a constant heartburn that i feel like i keep throwing up in my mouth and burns so bad. I know it sounds disgusting but ive tried everything promising to work and so far no luck. Thursday im talking to my doc... i'll start taking some pills she said she'll prescribe me.
Hope u feel better
