What can I use that is NOT tums??

Thanks for all the tips. And I am going to ask my doctor on weda btw. It just recently srarted hapoeing at night when I sleep at 34 weeks. But o cant stand the chalkiness of tums. I have a lot of texture issues. Ive tried sleeping with my.pillows higher but it gets really uncomfortable.

I have acid reflux and bleeding ulcers so milk and dairy don't work for me. If you mix a table spoon full of baking soda in a glass of water and drink it the baking soda will neutralize the acid in your tummy giving you heart burn. I only use enough water to dissolve the baking soda because it isn't tasty but it works! Good luck!

My Dr said by zantac instead of tums:)

Milk or any dairy lots of water to dilute the acid pepto bismol
