heating pads

Well for the last few weeks i have had this pain right under my ribs and on top of my baby come to find out i have tendonitis because of the constant muscle stretching so is it okay to use heating pads or things of that nature to relieve the pain

Stupid phone. Very common in pregnancy but over looked by almost all Drs. I'm worried about how mine will react to this pregnancy. So far the back pain in between my shoulders *****. Especially after last night.

I don't know if what u have is called tendonistis. I would looked up slipping rib syndrome. Its very common in pregnancy and causes not only horrible rib pain but pain in between Ur shoulders and literally Ur whole flank. It causes extremely sharp hot shock like pain. I'm only 12 weeks and popped ANOTHER rib out lastnight from my morning sickness. I've had numerous out for over a year due to being hyper mobile and pneumonia. Its very

It's fine to use them, just keep it on the lowest setting and don't use it for more than 15 minutes at a time.

I didn't think u should use anything such as heating pads as it may raise your temp and as the baby can't control there's it can cause problems. Talk to your care provider

Yes it is, as long as its not so hot it'll burn YOU your baby will be just fine, just don't leave it on there for long periods of time, kinda like sitting in a Jacuzzi you know?
