heavy bleeding

I am having heavy bleeding and I am a little over 6 weeks pregnant I am not seeing any tissue or clots nor am I having any pain the doc said my cervics is closed and i saw the baby and a heartbeat can bleeding like this happen and the baby still be OK?

I bled worse then a period from week 5-10 of my first pregnancy. Had something called a subchorionic hematoma, which is basically a rip in the uterine wall during implantation. I was never put on bedrest (though I was told no sex) and even walked a couple miles during those weeks. My daughter is now almost 5 and as healthy as can be!

Thank you I been to the ER 2 times already and I saw the baby and heartbeat but I still feel like something is wrong, it just don't feel right

Yes but keep an eye on it and dont be afraid to tell ur dr u feel something is wrong and want to check the baby I lost a baby at 16 weeks and now I get early us for every pregnancy and see the dr like bi weekly til I feel,ok about it
