heavy lifting
i am 20 weeks pregnant and i lifted a very heavy bag of trash about 50lbs it was painful at the time i lifted it now it does not hurt but im concerned it may of caused harm to my baby.what should i watch for to call my doctor if needed?
i lift my nephew and niece up all the time she is baout 35 lbs and hes about 60. i pain after i lift them and put them down but im fine afterward my doctor told me to stop heavy lifting because it could harm the baby i would stop lifting asap if cramping occurs that wont stop or bleeding go to your doctor.
