help! bright red bleeding?!?!

So ive been having bright red bleeding everytime i go pee for most of the day. Doesnt appear to be coming from hemmorhoids and its only there when i wipe. After a couple times of wiping there is no blood?! They told me spotting at this point would be normal but when i wipe the first time it looks as if i am on a period then each wipe after that there is less and less.

Normal? I really dont want to drive another 2 hoursto be told its normal and go home we cant afford it. No pain except what ive been having for these past few days.

Ive been dilated between a 2 and 3 for several days now and 60% effaced since the other night at l&d. But i didnt have any bleeding with that.

Just went again and there was no bleeding at all. Which is weird. Baby is still moving. I am at risk of post partum hemmorhage because of my blood disorder but it doesnt make sense that it would happen now because as far as i know levels are normal.

Yeah I would go to the e.r. Call your doctor first he will probably tell u the same.

It sounds like bloody show personally. You're still early, so it would be especially important to be checked out. You can still dilate without bleeding, I wouldn't think the act of either of them would cause it.

36+5 i have been losing my plug over the past 2 days which is why it wasnt a concern until now. But as the day has progressed it seems as though there has been more blood each time. It started as 2 specks then gradually increased to where it was the amount of about a quarter on the toilet paper. Could it be from effacing or dilation??

Mine looked that way when I was in labor when i had woke up I wiped and it was a small blood clot and there was bloody water in the toilet 30 mins later I started contractions

I would call your doctors line and tell them and see if they sugest u coming in how far along are you?

Oh there is no mucus mixed with this either. And im not seeing any in my underwear only when i go pee.

You should definitely call your doctor or l&d.

I agree, you need to be seen. Spotting 'can' be normal after an internal exam, sex or vaginal ultrasound but what you described is not normal. It needs to be checked out.

I was told any bleeding during the 3rd trimester should be brought to my doctors attention

At one point the water in the toilet looked pink when i went to flush as well. Sorry tmi
Im just at a loss of what it could be?
