help only 5 weeks

I'm only 5 weeks and I had to go to the er and the ultrasound tech told me all see seen was a sack and no baby and she told me I might not be pregnant is it normal to not see a baby at 5 weeks this is my first pregnancy please help

I had a sac but no bubs in sac at 5 weeks I whent back in 2 weeks there was a heartbeat stay positive hun :)

Yes it is normal! Smh. I went to the ER around that time because I was cramping, they told me the same thing! That either I am getting ready to loose my baby if there is one or i'm too early. I was pissed, so I got an ultrasound a week later and she saw my baby. It was too tiny for me to see though. Of course at that time she only saw one baby, then later down the road around 13 weeks I was surprised with twins lol. All is well hunny(: don't stress.

Completely normal I have a pic of my 5 weeks us on my profile and its just a sack didn't see anything in there until I got a us at 7 weeks and heard the hb and everything.
