help please

hello I'm 10w3d and  I have nasal congestion and I have two days without sleep , I could take tylenol or night quil

I'm 10w 4d and in the same position as you! I know how your feeling. I just want to sleep a full night. I want to be able to breathe. All I di today at work was sneeze

This is the list my dr gave of what I could take

Pain reliever/Headache:
Tylenol
Tylenol PM
Extra strength Tylenol

Colds/Flu:
Sudafed ( if no blood pressure problems )
Sudafed Cold ( if no blood pressure problems )
Robitussin - Alcohol free
Vicks vaporub
Any Tylenol product
Actifed
Cough drops  - Alcohol free
Throat sprays - Alcohol free

Sleep Aid:
Benadryl
Unisom

Nausea:
Unisom ( twice a day )
Vitamin b6 ( 50-100 mg twice a day )

I have been sick all week and had a Dr apt today and doc said I can take psuedofed and benedryl just make sure its original. I also take zyrtec. :)

For your congestion you can take claratin or benedryl.  You cant take nyquil.  You can take tylenol pm  but make sure its not the rapid release kind.  I would not take all of these together.  Pick one to take.  Hope u get some rest.

You can take Tylenol pm. No Nyquil. Has alcohol in it.
