help please!!

Im 20 weeks pregnant, an just went to the loo, only number 1 an when i whiped there was a tiny tiny spot of bright reddish pink blood !!

everythings been fine til that, i still feel baby kicking but i am so scared :( this is my first.. please has someone else had this :'(

Yeaa,jus say somethng to ur doctar but it should be fine.ur bodys still growing so dont trip bout the cramp

When I was 15 weeks I had the same thing.it freaked me out but nothing was wrong.:) some women have a period while pregnant so jus be thankful its jus a spot

As long as baby moves and blood isnt heavy and no pain i wouldnt worry
