help!!

I just found out that I am pregnant, had a positive hpt, though I haven't gone to the doctors just yet. I am very worried though because I have taken high dose pain medication(narcotics) for headaches and also went on a few roller coasters at amusement parks. Have I put my baby at a great risk?!? I'm really worried I harmed my child. My bf doesn't seem to be worried, but I am freaking out!

Two weeks would be from ovulation as your LMP would be 4 weeks... you should be fine.. it should have just implanted.  Just tell your ob when you see them... Don't worry!! Congrats!

I got into a horrible car accident about a week before I found out I was pregnant where my convertible (a miata) ended up being totaled and spinning across four lanes of traffic. I was placed on vicodin for the pain because my back was messed up and was seeing a chiropractor and had an xray. When I found out I was pregnant I was FREAKING out, but my doctor said that it was too early in the pregnancy for any real harm to be caused. Just don't go on anymore roller coasters and ask your doctor if instead of vicodin you can take tylenol with caffeine since that is usually what they prescribe pregnant ladies whole have horrid headaches.

I think you should be ok. Before I found out I was pregnant, I was using a face cream called Clindamycin, and taking low dose Vicodin for pain, that I thought was from a kidney stone, and I had a margarita. Just make sure from this point on, you call your doc before taking any prescription or over the counter meds. Good Luck!!

I'm 2 weeks, I believe. I'm so worried about it all and I feel terrible! I was taking Vicodin, since I get really bad migraines. I haven't taken anything since I found out, but I'm still worried I did irreversible damage. :(

How far along are you.... You cant worry about what you did... just be sure to not do those things going forward.  What type of pain meds??
