I went back and looked into what chances are there for a baby having a birth defect. The chance is really high especially if taken during early pregnancy. Im not going to give you advice of wether or not to terminate your pregnancy. That is something i dont believe in. It is a very personal choice and no matter how much advice you are given only you can decide. Like i said i hope everything goes well for you and best of luck.

This is me...i wouldnt terminate the pregnancy. I would start looking for typical birth defects when using this medication. See wht the chances are of your baby having these defects, what the procedures are to deal with them. Things like that. and if you havent already find an OB. Explain what had happen and im sure he can find out alot just by running some routine tests. If anything comes up he can offer you a CVS or an Amnio. More than likely the accutane was still in your system when you concieved with the dates you provided. But everything happens for a reason, just like the little baby you have growing inside of you. good luck and keep us posted!
