And you can take miralax daily. It's just a fiber power that you can add to any drink. It's safe and works great.
I just had that problem as well. Lots of water and prune juice :)
Before you start reading this, I might warn about tmi, but with this question it is kind of assumed...I had the same problem with my first pregnancy. It lasted for three weeks and I lost 30 lbs because I couldn't eat. Take milk of magnesia and stool softener, drink lots of water and apple or white grape juice (prune if you're brave). You may have to have a water enema (not mineral water!) And magnesium citrite. Ask your dr first, but it is safe in pregnancy. You will want to drink it super cold and down it fast so you don't have to taste it. Glycerin suppositories are also safe. Still, talk to your dr about all these things. It still may take a while if you were as bad as I was. Hopefully these will help you quicker than they helped me. Good luck (oh, the joys of pregnancy)!
Stop taking your iron pills.. Don't eat bananas or apples and drink plenty of water.....
Water, colace, prune juice. Walk walk walk. You might want to check your prenatal sometimes those are tough on your system. Also call your dr if the above doesn't work.
