My heart is racing really fast right now and I don't know why. It almost hurts to breath. I was fine until a few minutes ago. Should I wake up my dad? I'm really scared. This has never happened before

It sounds like heart palps which are normal during pregnancy.

It kinda sounds like an anxiety attack I mean I have anxiety and I have felt like that during my pregnancy but your hormone level can be so high or you might be having a bad hot flash and can be freaking out over it but if its anxiety it can last for a while but its nothing serious to relax nothing bad is going to happen

I woke my dad up and he brought me some water. He's gonna stay in my room till it stops. Thx everybody

I've had somethin' similar happen to me. I laid down for a bit, drank some cold water, and took In deep breathes and tried to relax and I started to feel better. But mine went away within a few mins so If your still having It, then I don't know, sorry. =-[ Hope IT goes away soon.

It hasn't stopped. I'm trying to sit up in bed and see if it will go away. Idk if its an anxiety attack. I've never had on.
