I'm 35 weeks and I'm scared I'm going to die giving birth I'm freaking out and it's not helping my bf keeps telling me he's having dreams of me dying what's the chances of dying giving birth

Idk Jasmine I tell him he's not helping me by telling me that I have had two kids already but having someone telling me they have dreams like that puts fear in me I never thought of dying til he told me that so now I'm freaking out and crying alot

Your bf should be more supportive why the hell would he tell you he has dreams of you dying?? That's not helping lol

Me too!! Im soooo scared I daydream about it! But im having a repeat c section and I have complete previa so im so scared of like bleeding out or something going insanely wrong :(

Like 1 out of 100,000. And most of those are in developing countries

Think about how many women have babies.  Our bodies are designed to do it.  In all but a few rare cases, everything goes smoothly.  

I would talk to the doctor about anxiety.  This could be relate to hormones and this will then increase when you give birth.  Post partum is real and can make for one miserable mama.  So, doctors like to know when their patients are obsessing, worrying excessively or suffering anxiety to be prepared in case they need to come up with a game plan of treatment once the baby arrives.  good luck

It's rare to die during childbirth. It's a normal fear that a lot of mums will think about but with medical science where it is the doctors are prepared for a lot

Very slim. With the technology we have these days, it would take quite a bit. I had the same fears. Don't worry. You'll be fine.
