hiccups

I'm 30 weeks today. And my son has. Hiccups all the time that last for ten or so minutes. Happens at least 3_6 times a day. I did some looking online (which I shouldn't have) but it says things like it could be the umbilical cord wrapped around him or problems with his lungs?? Has anyone had this issue?? Is this something.g I should get checked right away my next appointment is on Christmas eve. I also noticed a little decrease in movement lately... tia

In my case I just have a greedy baby. He is constantly drinking his amniotic fluid when I eat something sweet. Your baby could just be getting sips of your amniotic fluid
