high or low?

im trying to figure out if im carrying high or low....i dont know how to tell the difference...ill be 15 weeks tomorow and my belly sure has popped out since the morning sickness ended...i also think i am feeling movements right underneath my breast line

most people that see me say i am carrying way high but i dont know....the top of my bump ends at the bottom of my breasts and i think my belly is just big everywhere...very wide this time.....

i dont think my belly looks round...looks ovalish to me....

now that im looking at sideways pic it may be low...i really dont know...i guess its easier if you see me in person to see a front view :/

take a look and let me know what you think

It is the strangest thing really... the more your uterus is stretched previously then the faster it stretches later on =) I already feel like my stomach is in my throat so i can't imagine how terrible it is going to be later on =)

its funny you talk about growing overnight....it seems it happens all too often...my fiance is amazed at how developed the belly is already and how firm it is...he loves it

i got a feeling my belly button is going to pop out in the next month or 2....its almost 1/2 gone already

Hey I am going to have to agree with some other the ladies. Usually your uterus isn't anywhere near your your bb's... I have noticed myself (this is my 3rd baby) and my uterus is almost to my belly button but I think the baby is growing super fast. I love your baby bump... too cute!

i always thought baby bump was refered to as the actual baby/uterus........ and yes it definatly looks like a "baby" bump, even tho you are only 15 wks. you DO look pregnant....... and i do think your carrying high, as i was,

julianovak - no offense taking....im surprised by how quickly the belly took shape and it became obvious i was preg....i was just trying to figure out if i am carrying high or low...i think im high and so do others that see my belly in person but i dont know what it means to carry high or why there would be a difference

msteri - your opinion is welcome and i understand...i thought it might be too soon to tell too but since ive had multiple preg i knew i would start shownig early...i didnt start showing with my now 6 year old son until i was over 5 months...crazy how quickly this belly popped out

missmyangel - congrats on the preg...i hope everything goes well...i had a mc at 14.5 weeks 2 years ago (march 08) and then another dec 08 so i took last year off and in jan i got a BFP...first month trying....hope you have a great 9 months :)

thanks everybody for your opinions....i am fairly certain i am starting to feel the baby move now...every once in awhile if im sittting straight up i feel tickly feelings in my stomach and i have noticed that those feelings are not at the same spot...cant wait for my next appt 4/13

Its not impossible for this to be a baby bump! Especially if this is her 5th pregnancy. I definately have a baby bump already at 10 1/2 weeks. Up until a year ago I had a six pack, but I had stomach surgery, and got pregnant shortly after, which ended in m/c. So this is the third time my belly has been stretched in the last year.
I do bloat out later in the day, but when I wake up, there is definately a baby bump there. The reason for the baby bump even when the uterus is still small, is because of the uterus pushing the intestines upwards.

I think it's too early to determine how you're carrying, IMO.  You definitely are showing but not enough IMO to determine high or low.

the top of my stomach used to be the good spot...it was flat and in shape...its no longer flat....it def has shape to it that ends underneath my bra line...i know it seems early but this is my 5th preg and my doc told me i would show sooner....

my next ob appt is 4/13 and im sure my ob will be shocked at how fast my belly popped....im sure my weight gain will be significant too now that morning sickness has ended :)

at 15 wks, your uterus is no further then your belly button i believe.  Therefore it is scientifically impossible to feel movement under your bra line. you arent even half way thru pregnancy, and your uterus has a LOTTTT more growing to do then just these 15 wks. and no your bump does not end at the bottom of the bra line. you are most definatly bloated i believe. ask your ob, how far up your uterus stretches. I popped out early as well. but believe it or not your uterus is only the size of a small melon im guessing ................

Well compared to how I look when I carry low.  I'd say you are carrying high.  For my (especially since I've been preg so many times) my bump usually starts like right above my pubic bone.  Unfortunately it shoves all the fat upwards so it looks like my bump is higher when it's not.  I can tell you that you definately look pregnant tho :)
