hip pain
Im just over 19w and my hip has been killing me. Has anyone else experienced hip pains. Is this normal?
Sometimes its worst than other times like after a long day of work but its all worth it :)
Oh lordy my hips are almost always hurting...when I sit or walk or lay down too long...this is my first baby..I'm 32 weeks...a warm (not hot) bath helps a lot and a heating pad helps some...other than that you just gotta grin and bare it..I hope yours isn't as bad as mine! Good luck hun!!
:) I thought it was normal but this is my first so I question everything. When I first wake up it hurts I guess after laying on my side and after I've worked all day but im constantly on my feet at work
I get really extreme hip pain but only when im laying down. Its definitely normal
