Pillow doesn't help me either. . I have to constantly switch sides. And it helps when I prop my leg up on my hubby
Prop a pillow under your belly as well as between your thighs? I do that personally cuz I can't get comfy without both :p
I'm 20 weeks 2 days. And I've tried the whole pillow thing and it doesn't help:(
I totally agree with titan_nation it worked for me
So two thing work for me.
1) put a pillow under your hip
2) SEX! It's like yoga just don't overdue it
Pillow between ya thighs! And depending on how far along you are, it's probably just ligament stretching
