I have a bad back. I'm only 12w4d along, but my back hurts. my doc suggested yoga before bed and when i wake up. WORLD of difference!
Pillow between your legs and under your belly. That and a heating pad are then only things that really help me. :( I'm in the same boat, have been since I started showing. I know it ***** but its part if it, ya know?
Thank you. My belly wont allow me to sit with legs closed comfortably lol.
I do too I can barely get out of bed :/ and rolling over is the most painful thing in the world! Try to do things in a way that doesn't require you to spread your legs too much, getting out of cars and rolling over keep your legs closed and put pants on sitting down. That's helped me out
Thank you. Sometimes it hurts to move but I have to although it hurts :/. God I hope it goes.away sooner
The dr won't do anything but tell you to try pillows, trust me. I've been in pain for 5w now and it isn't going to go away until baby is here. I'm almost 32w and it just gets worse everyday. You have to move around though. Not to the point that it hurts you worse but moving a little will help.
I use pillows and all this junk but I have a doctors appointment on thursday so I can see what she thinks its going on.
Idk why it hurts but a pillow inbetween my legs while I sleep helps a lot!
It sounds like they may be widening and preparing for labor but Im not for sure though
