Maternity belts work really well. So does a pillow between the legs when you're sleeping, make sure it goes the length of your legs though or it could make them hurt worse. Also try sleeping on your back tilted up or to one side a bit!
I had that problem 4 days ago and i didnt know what was going on but it was painful
Yes but it's only when I'm on my sides for a long period time...normally sleeping though. I wake up with shooting pains and have to roll over. It ***** but it is what it is.
I feel like if I move a certain way they shoot pains and hurt im on bedrest so it's not awful but when I do walk or move it hurts badly..even sleeping or sitting I have to reposition multiple times. Thank you ladies jus wanted to make sure I wasn't the only one.
It is normal unfortunately but a maternity belt will help a ton! You can get them online for fairly cheap. I ordered one from motherhood maternity for less than $20 and it has been such a huge huge help!
I feel my hip rubbing its painful just don't put to much pressure on them when there hurting n be careful of your movement
