Most likely you will need a referral from your primary doc to see a specialist because it's medicaid and you can go to an eye doctor I have it also and just went to the eye doctor and got a new pair of glasses

I also have medicaid and it depends on what health plan your on. I have priority health and mine covers everything except dental they only clean teeth & pull teeth after you turn 21. And im pretty positive that no type of medicaid covers dermatoligist unless it for your health like if you a skin condition but not if you just have ance/severe ance.

I think if you call a doctor's office as well and tell them you have Medicaid, they'll let you know if they can see you or not too.  good luck
