hot baths? !?
Okay im 38 weeks dilated to a 2 and im 70% effective im having contractions that are 5-8 minutes apart are hot baths supposed to help make connections worse or ease them up I cant remember with my first pregnancy
Hot baths dont increase or decrease REAL labor contractions. Go when the time doesnt vary so much. For FTMs they say dont come in til they are 4-5min apart for an hr without slowing down.
If your having pains five mins apart call our go into l&d. I only felt contains for an hour before my first was born.
If your contractions are 5min apart and are really painful I would head to the doctor to be checked
