Haven't had it at all this month .. my lower stomach gets bad pains for a little then stops .. on and off . Boobs are tender for about a week and a half now , thought it was a sign of me getting my monthly but it hasn't came yet ,

You might feel symptoms but you wont really "know" before you get a test. Just go do one.
