how did your labor start?

I'm 36+3 with my second child. I was induced at 39 weeks with my first so I had a day set and everything with that. Now with this one I will wait till labor actually starts. Does your water just all.of a sudden break? Or do you have contractions before. Is it like an all of a sudden thing that starts of do you have a feeling your going into.labor? Did you feel different a week before you went into labor? Just wondering cuz I'm alittle nervous on not knowing when its gunna happen. I work 8 hours a day on my feet I have a feeling it will happen then LOL thanks

My belly never cramped or hurt or anything it was just like cramps in my back. water never broke on its own the hospital did it for me. as u know every pregnancy is different and your could be total different.

Actually, often the doctor or midwife has to break the water part way through labor. Contractions probably will start gradually and work up in intensity and duration so you would have time to get home. There are exceptions, of course, and second babies can come fast, especially if you're already dilated and effaced.
