how long after losing your mucus plug did you go?

I am 3 cm dialated (as of 5am) and i just had my bloody show...how long after did you go into labour ??? (i know everywomen is different) I'm just getting super anxious now, especially with an induction booked for monday if i don't go by then (if you read my other post, i am actually admitted to the hospital, just out on pass)

i've been drinking some raspberry tea, maybe i'll have to increase it a bit today...although we have a lot to do to get ready

i avoided induction by 4 hours with my last baby, i drank the recommended daily limit of raspberry red leaf tea the night before, that's three cups. i made sure the cups were real small and the tea was as strong as i could get it. i went into hospital at 4am at 4cm dilated. i was booked for induction at 8 am.

I was 4-5cm for a week before my water broke. I passed my mucous plug and had bloody show all that week as well. It was my 3rd baby and never had I experienced bloody show or my water breaking on its own, but as it has been said every woman is different! Best of luck. You are on your way!!!

i've been having prelabour all week.the dr admitted me wed cause she thought i'd progress that night and deliver in the morning. then the next day predicted we;d have a baby bu saturday 3am and i spend from 5am-3pm there today because of pressure and back pain that had kept me up all night

I know some people don't go into labor for a week or 2 after they lose there plug but your already 3cm dialated so maybe you will start getting contractions soon.My books say thats usually the first sign of labor.Are you ok?
