ive been on depo since oct 08 and i get shots every 3 months my next shot is due sept 21st am getting off though due to i want another baby how long do it take to get pregnant or can i really need to know an very concern now recently had unprotected sex aug 28 and been having systoms could i be or not need answers asap on both can anyone help me
I agree with Quinns momma!! It took me 6month to get pregnant after stoping the depo.
Depo provera is notorious for staying in your system longer than any other birth control once it is stopped. It can remain in your system for 12-18 months. Some women luck out and can get pregnant quickly, other women take over a year.
Unlikely u could be pregnant from that encounter. Esp if you were taking the shot as directed. Stranger things have happened tho so take a test.
