Im 39 weeks 2 days and im TIRED!! Ive went to da hospital 2 times. last week n last night because of the braxton hicks I'm lik 2 1/2 centimeters dialated .I can't take it everything hurts wut kan I do to start dialating more or get the strong contractions kus they said to go once they are 3 to 5 min apart

I took castor oil with my first...I was 4cm dialated by 38 weeks. When I did go into labor at 39+5 my son ended up pooping when my water broke. It was stressful bc nicu nurses had to be on standby incase he inhaled it. Thank goodness he came out okay but I told myself I won't do it with this baby. So if you do try the castor oil just be careful! :)

I'm 39 wks n 2 1/2 cm. Does the oil causes hemorrhoids from all the diarrhea? I was told not to go that route cause if u get hemorrhoids they could pop during delivery. I just wanna know cause I'm so ready to meet my lil man n get some of my energy back

Until ur body is fully ready its not gonna happen. If things happen for people that they have tried it was just by coincidence. I am 40 weeks dialated to 4 and thinned 95% i have walked, had sex which give me really bad contractions, spicy food, walking and i dont just mean regular walking i mean really walking, pineapple, and so on. Some times it just so happens someone will try something one day and then they go into labor and then someone will be really dialated and over 40 weeks and nothing works ans they go 2 weeks over.

Try jumping jacks, power walking, dancing, and sex.

Castrol oil is a laxative found in the laxictive department. It gives you dirrehea which can cause contractions.

No castor oil, not for cars .....do not drink castrol oil that will hurt you and the baby. Its like a cooking oil I think.

I jst looked up castrol oil n it jst showed me oil lik for the cars n it has the same name castrol oil is tht wut it is oil for the cars?

Castor oil 3 table spoons worked for me and chased it with sprite took a nap and woke up contracting 5 min apart. Also walk walk walk

I know your pain, I'm three days from my due date but I'm only a fingertip dilated. :( I have constant cramps and pains.

Try some walking or castrol oil or of you know anyone who massages have them massage your feet

Try bouncing on a yoga ball (I was 2cm by 34 weeks and 4 cm by 38 wks bc I constantly sat on mine).
