Thank youu ill have to try and get some stuff to help.cause I only have a bath tub lol
taking a warm bath could help with the hip pain if your able to do that. hot pads could also help. or maybe if you have a birthing ball you can use that too to help relive some pain.
Try streching and touching your toes while standing, (or as close as you can) that helps me
Yeah I have a body pillow but I'm only comfortable with it unless its behind my head it doesn't help between my legs, the only thing that really does is resting my leg on my boyfriend, which sometimes he doesn't mind others he pushes me off:/ lol but I would take tylenol pm but last summer I had some what of an addiction to it, I couldn't sleep with out taking it and sometimes u would take 5-6 of them because of the feeling I got. I don't have a problem sleeping at night it just ***** everytime I wake up I feel the pain right away, and it lasts all day long.
I have the same problem with my hips at night while trying to sleep. I am 19weeks,my OB told me to take a tylenol PM and get a body pillow. I take 1 every night and I am sleeping a lot better. Good luck.
