how to start labor

I'm 39weeks and 5days does anyone have any ideas to start labor???

I swear ive tryed everything too ! Im 40 weekz 3 days now ahh they really do come when there ready

I think the more we rush it the longer its going to take so for now I'm just going to relax an let her come when she's ready

I tried everything evening primrose oil, castor oil, sex, squats, walking, spicy food, pineapple NOTHING WORKED and my due date is today

I had sex (on top) the other night with nipple simulation. Afterwards, I had a lot of contractions. AT my doctor's appointment yesterday I was dilated to one.

You want your body to release oxytocin, which is a happy hormone. Really get into sex and just try and relax.

Worrying/ rushing will not help.

I'm in exactly the same spot 39 weeks 4 days an I've been doing everything including eating an entire fresh pineapple core an all an  going walking 3 to 4 hours a day an being on my feet all day walking up an down stairs an absolutely nothing is working I'm still dialiated at 21/2 for the 3rd week in a row I just had a membrane sweep yesterday to an still nothing: ( so if you find something that actually works share! Good luck
