can someone tell me why my hands are swelling? is it bc im moving? and earlier i had my a sharp pain/ period cramp at the top of my stomach for like 5mins. idk what it could be!
You need to make sure you drink plenty of water! My hands swelled later on in my pregnancy and drinking water helped along with cutting back on sodium intake.
