though people tell its okay after 4 to 5 months and later it will be difficult and we may feel unconfortable to sleep on our belly it is safe to sleep to our sides get up from the sides

I heard the dont sleep on the back one... but my doctor said as long as its not uncomfortable you can sleep on your tummy. I do it every night and she is a okay! :)

My doctor told me no stomach or back sleeping after 4-5 months because it restricts the blood flow to the baby.

You can actually sleep on your belly... it can make the baby uncomfortable but it wont hurt it. I'm 26 weeks and I asked my doctor last month if it was okay and he said that it was fine.
