I fell off my porch when I was pregnant with my daughter and my knees went into my stomach and she was fine the doctor said the baby is surrounded really well.

Just remember you body and uterus is made to protect baby. If you feel to worried go get checked out. Always use your maternal instincts.

If you don't have any pain I wouldn't be too concerned, just keep an eye out when u go to the bathroom and see if u notice any blood. At 17 weeks pregnant I got in a accident on my moped scootet and got thrown 11 feet, I landed on my side and was super worried I had lost the baby, but I also had no pain. They did an ultrasound and the baby was perfectly fine they told me just to keep an eye out for any blood. Im 38 weeks and havnt seen one drop yet! Hope this helps and I hope u feel better!
