i need some answers please!

Im 7weeks pregnant & ive been having some mild cramps for a couple of days sometimes it comes and it goes for a little while no bleeding at all though and also lower back pain sometimes but not really a bothee..
Im just curious to see if its normal, i had searched online and said it could be the baby and the uterus growing and streching but not sure? I recently had a miscarriage and im really scared to lose another baby.. I really want to keep it. I need some help.. I dont have an apt. Till maybe next week or so. I cant wait i want some answers atleast to calm me down a little.

Its yer uterus stretching...as long as there's no blood don't worry...try and relax and enjoy yer.pregnancy

Mild cramping is normal.  Just make sure to stay hydrated it helps.  I had tons of cramping with baby #3.  I also understand ur anxiety, I've also had 2 m/cs as well.  Its hard to relax but as long as your aren't in severe pain or bleeding all is well.  Good luck.

Many women lose their first pregnancy and go on to have healthy pregnancies following...I too miscarried at 11 weeks and am now 21 weeks with a healthy baby boy
