i was on birth control for almost a year then i stopped taking it about a little over a month ago. i started my period right after i stopped taking it then i had sex. i havent had my period since that time. do you think im pregnant?

Just have a question wouldnt it be more likely to bleed more after stopping birth control? or does it depend on the method u use?

Only way to know is to take a test. If your period is late though it could be because you stopped the birth control. It usually takes up to 6 months for your period to become regular again after getting off of birth control.

I don't think that you are pregnant. When I stopped the pill in Feb, I had already had a period the beginning of the month and then again the week i stopped the pill. Then I didn't have a period for two months.It finally came back may 6th. Your body is re-regulating itself. It has to get use not having something (BC hormones) tell it what to do.
