im confused

I go to see me doctor today later this afternoon. I went to see him not even a month ago and he did a urin pregnancy test and told me it was negative but I took a home pregnany test a week ago going on two weeks and it came up positive. Did he test me to early? Because when he did my pap smear he perscribed me anti biotics and prenatals was I to early I  the pregnancy then for it to show up on a test ?

My doctor test came up negative too when I was probably around 4 weeks so I thought nothing of it until 3 weeks later I finally tested at home and those were positive. It may have just been too early to tell

When  I went to my Dr. She took a urine test to see if I was pregant. She said it was negitive, and I was like, I took two positive ones at home. So she went and asked someone else amd turns out she read the test wrong..
