Im sorry to still be on this subject but its so weird.. is it normal to be losing so much mucus.  every since the doctor checked me tueday im going on day 4 of losing mucus.. every time i pee(which is alot) theres some mucus on there but like every 3 pees theres huge globs... i mean really how much could there be.. and how much longer can i be pregnant? Im so done with being pregnant..

i have been walking, and having sex, and taking warm baths.  nothing is working, the membrane sweep is my last option...  so im praying that works, but even more im praying it dont come to that.. Im more then open for a may 1st baby!!!  You know even more, i just pray more then ever that hes here before mothers day. ill will be completly devastated if hes not :(

I've only had a membrane sweep once.  I had it on thursday, that afternoon i had some blood tinged mucus and contractions, it increased on saturday and more on sunday, woke up monday morning leaking fluid.  L & D said it wasn't (I KNEW it was tho) I was 2 cm and 50% effaced that morning, called my ob, she toldm e to go back that afternoon, I got there at 330 was 5 cm and fully effaced and I WAS leaking fluid.  They admitted me, my son was born at 654 that evening.

oh ammanda....we're all here with you....i hope things really progress over the weekend for you...it def is a good sign that things are moving...have you tried walking? there's natural ways to get labor started and it sounds like your body is preparing for it....best of luck :)

it worked about 50% I think it worked the best with my 1st and 4th though. I went into labor within 48 hours, but I really belive baby wont come unless he is ready. Yours sounds more than ready, just stubborn, lol

No i dont believe he did one. Cause after he checked me i asked him if he believed in them and did them, and he said depends and blah blah, but i asked him to do one next week, and said maybe.. so i dont know..  I dont wanna make it to my appoitnment on Tuesday. but if i do i really hope he does one.. did it work for u?

I never had all that untill things got really moving during labor. I bet you are gonna be like 7 cm befor you realize your in labor and get to the hospital.   Before monday!!! Fingers are crossed! I take that back, I did have a lot of bloody show after they did a cervix sweep. Do you think when they checked you last they might have did one??

It can be completely normal.  If they did a cervical check at your appt it could have aggravated your cervix and now it's got things moving...definately a good sign.

Hey girl... you might of had a ton of that stuff in there =) lol. Hopefully you won't be pregnant much longer =) I really hope that you go over the weekend but you can't be pregnant much longer =) I have my fingers and toes crossed for you!

I've got a ton of mucous too. For a couple of days before I went into the hospital Wednesday, there was what I thought was a lot, but now it's just excessive.  Pretty sure it's normal at this stage. I sent you a note, telling you I'm evicting Cole for you! :o) Come and meet your mommy little guy!! Seriously, I hope it's not much longer for you. :o)

Oh, I was just thinking about you!  I don't know, I never lost ANY of my mucus plug before labor (at least as far as I know) with any of my four babies.  And when I go into serious labor (meaning serious pain, LoL) I'm usually only about 2 cm dilated!  So hopefully the fact that you've lost so much means that your cervix is dilating and that by the time you get in there you'll be, oh, about 5-6 cm dilated!  Here's hoping!!  Good luck! xx
