i felt that way too but i was not depressed. prenatals really do help because once there is alot in your system you would feel like more energy and like what stacey10 said, drink lots of water, im drinking like 2.5LT a day. and rest when you feel like you do because your body needs it. right now i have a 1 yearold and a 3yearold then now 4 months after a m/c i got pregnant now im 5w0d and i feel so exausted and worn out no energy but i dont know how i do it but i manage hehehe even with  busy kids. but mother hood is the best thing that ever happened for me because i love my kids.

make sure your diet is good, your getting plenty of fluids (water) and are on prenatals, dont feel to bad, your body is going thru huge changes. so rest when you need to but get out as well into the fresh air

I'm the same way and I'm only 2 weeks behind you. But, I have a 2 year old so I have to be up and doing things. If it wasn't for him, I would sleep all day. So just force yourself to do small things and it'll get easier.

That is exactly how I felt. Miserable & thinking about SO much stuff. I am now 6mths prego. The tiredness usually goes away after ur 1st trimester. I feel myself getting tired again tho. I started babysitting to help keep me busy b4 I was doing that I would just rest & take walks & exercise to keep busy :)

I felt like that to, but its because word your first trimester and your dealing with all new changes, try getting up and taking a good walk, if you have a dog take the dog with you. Even if your don't want to just do it. And you will feel soo much better after you did. And excercising will make it easier on you when your in labor. So just tell your self how Much worse it will be if you don't excersice and just do it:) good luck to you.
