Constant stress is more what you have to worry about with miscarriage. When I cry that hard I focus on breathing and put something cool like a wet rag on my wrists because it helps me calm down. Relax and im hoping everything is okay for you momma!
Relax Hun, Try To Watch An Movie Or Try and Talk It Out... I've Been Through This, Me&My Boyfriend Use To Argue and I Would Be Soo Upset That I'll Scare Myself. I Use To Just Talk It Out, always made me feel 95% better. Then I'll asked to go out to eat, Thats when i was 100% better Lol
Just try some water and maybe an ice pack to try and relax and lay down it shouldn't cause you to miscarry This one time but constant stress possibly could... but your pretty much at the point in wks that you should be ok.

Thankyou im trying deep breathing to stop myself from crying.. i just feel so depressed right now with the painful words he told me, so hard for guys to understand pregnant women.. good thing i dont feel any pain i just hope too my baby is not affected..thankyou..
Try to relax. I know that's gonna be hard to do but you have to at least try for not only the baby but also for you. If you start to feel any pain or discomfort go directly to the hospital. Hope everything gets better and that your precious little one is still happy and healthy.
