Is drinking Malta Golla and Coffee bad for pregnancy? Please help i drank some and now people are telling me that it can cause misscaridge
Im not sure about the Malta golla, but you should limit your caffeine intake to be safe... i think they reccomend no more that 200mg caffeine a day... so saying that if you had a small coffee a day it most likely safe but if you dont have to have coffee then stick to water :) There are certain teas as well to avoid so when in doubt google it to make sure, congrats and good luck :)
