implantation bleeding

Hi I was wondering if I could be experiencing implantation bleeding if I spotted 2 wks prior to my period? It was not a light spotting but not super heavy either. Definitely enough to stain my panties. It happened during the gym but completely stopped after that so I believe it only lasted for 1 1/2 hrs. I am due for my period today but havent seen any sign of it. I usually get tenderness around my breasts during ovulation but that didnt occur either. Is that a sign of pregnancy? Ive taken 2 hpt n both negative. how long should i wait till after my missed period to ensure a more accurate reading?

thank you! it is now a day late so I think i will wait a few more days n then go in to the dr.s and get tested. I feel like Ive completely worked myself up to actually believing now that I am pregnant so I honestly dont know if its just me noticing things that maybe have always been there or if something new is actually happening to my body. I would be quite happy for a positive result tho!!

It could possibly been implantation bleeding. I has some light spotting about a week before my period was due. it was due this past thursday. I took a HPT test and they are still coming out negative. so i'm going to wait a few more days and retest as it may have been to early. let me know what the outcome is

I would wait a few more days (if not a week) after your period is due.  It's possible that it was implantation bleeding but it's really rare.  Good luck!
