implantation or very late ovulation?

Greetings,

I am wondering as I have lurked and read many if not all of the posts on implantation bleeding/cramping if what I am experiencing is really late ovulation or implantation cramping...

I should have ovulated anywhere between the 7-10 based on the calculators which I unfortunately checked in retrospect but know can be not so accurate and that many things can contribute to late or early ovulation/periods but I am asking because I did have sex the days I could have been ovulating.  I can usually feel ovulation and these twinges feel like ovulation.  However I should have ovulated a week ago.  When calculating I tried the typical 28 day cycle and a 31 day cycle. My ovulation pains normally last just a day, a few hours at the most.  From what I read here, women who experienced the implantation pains described them as menstrual-like and localized to the uterine area.  Now I am not sure if these are ovary or uterine in location...my best guess is ovarian?  I know I have a few more weeks before I can take an hpt but I am a bit concerned.  These have lasted 2 days and mostly feeling them at night while relaxing.  Now I can't relax.  They are not double over pains and they are only in one area.  I am wondering if anyone feels these may just be late ovulation pains who have experienced implantation cramping or if I should be overly concerned at this point.  My next period would be due next monday.  Sometimes I am late normally but not so much lately.  So long question short, can implantation pain be felt all day? feel like ovulation? i know due to the timing that I should be concerned about possible pregnancy but to anyone who has experienced pregnancy or these pains which are light and dull maybe slightly sharp in brief moments but not unbearable, what does this sound closest to?

thank you in advance!

Hiya generally you cant feel implantation.some women say they felt it via cramping due the time the egg would implant, but since we dont know when the exact moment of ovulation is its very unlikely.other than a test, the other way of knowing would be maybe you experince implantation bleeding, but this is also not common. to me i would say what your feeling is ovulation pain.this can last for few hours to few days, depends if egg is having trouble releasing.
