If it is deli meat, heat it up first. If it is "fresh" for lack of a better term, you should be ok, but it still might be better to heat it up first. The things we have to do... I miss my deli sandwiches

You can't eat any cold deli meat, but you can hear it up all the way first and then it's perfectly fine
