is there something wrong with my baby?

i went in for my first ultrasound&they couldnt see or find my baby.. is there something wrong?  what does that mean.. my doctor said im probably still too early when other people are saying im not.. they did both kinds of ultrasounds. :/ ehh.

Low hormone levels and no baby could mean you are not as far as you think. Most doctors would schedule you for more blood tests and another ultrasound in a week to check. If the hormones aren't increasing and still no baby or sac then you probably miscarried. But I wouldn't freak out too much until you get another ultrasound. Best of luck.

i was 10weeks n two different docs couldnt see my baby or hear the heart beat n said that some woman u cant see until later n i heard the heart beat at 13 weeks n im 18 weeks now n i go tom. to FINALLY/hopefully see my baby

dont worry just listen to ur doc. its too early

I had the same problem with this pregnancy I have irregular periods and ovulated late so my baby was about a week and a half behind what we thought so they didn't see a heart beat till 2 weeks later now I'm 23+6 and baby is good but on a less happy note sometimes it can happen if baby didn't fully develop and will eventually end up with no baby but my advice would be don't Google anything it makes u feel so much worse don't worry stress is worse just relax sit back and wait for next appointment good luck I hope the best for u

I would imagine you would see something like the sac. Did they do blood tests?
