I Know that its only normal to get stretch marks when your pregnant;; but my stretch marks are beyond crazy.

I'm only 29 weeks and I look like I'm gonna pop. My stretch marks are dark and the ones on my lower back are purple-ish :( I have a docs appointment tomorrow and I'm thinking about bringing it up to my doc . What do u ladies think r these normal?

The one thing that works with stretch marks is Cocoa Butter Cream.  I think its made by "Palmers"  I used it with my first pregancy and i didnt get one stretch mark!!  Used it everyday in the morning and after shower at night.  Im now currently 19weeks with#2 and still no stretch marks.......  Also drink lots of water tokeep skin hydrated.

You should take a picture anyways. You could also put on a form fitting tank and take your pictures that way.

Technically, you don't need to be pregnant to get stretch marks. It's normal to get them at any point in your life.

They do however sound normal. The sad part is they're likely to only get worse. Women will have them in varying degrees of severity. Some only get light white ones, others get dark, dark ones. Overtime after the child is born they usually will start to fade to a lighter colour.
