They're more or less the same thing, but also different---if that makes any sense. Acid reflux usually happens without pain in your chest and most don't notice it. Just try using something before you eat or drink anything that might cause the problem. Take my word for it, you don't want to let it fester or get worse.
thats kinda what i thought it was too. but everyone kept telling me its heartburn, i always thought it was just in your chest though so wasn't to sure. thanks :)
Sounds like acid reflux to me. I get it a lot and I always get a pain in my throat and back of my mouth. It also gives me a bad upset stomach. Try taking Tums or Zantac and see if it helps at all.
