itchy belly

Any tips on how to get relief from the itching? I have tried 5 different kinds of lotions and creams and even allergy medication and nothing helps my dr is aware that it has started to itch but didn't seem concerned at this point since it just started not that long ago but I feel no relief with anything I try and it feels like I'm going to itch through my stomach I try to itch but if I don't it starts to hurt. Please help

Lotions with urea are good against the itchiness, and I have to admit baby oil is a great idea. The less the fragance in there, the better.

Switching to Aveeno lotion and body wash worked great for me.  Look for anything with oatmeal, as that helps with itchy skin in general:)

u cud try baby oil it helps ur skin absorb moisture and stops it from getting dry the itch u are gettin is ur stomach stretching plenty of baby oil can make ur stomach moist and it wont itch as much wen it streches

Try almond oil or bio oil. I use everyday lotion and sometimes other kinds but I know what u mean on the ithching. I am 27 weeks and have really bad stretch marks . Which I think aren't caused by tha ithcinq but my husband and fam get mad at me when I start scratchinq :( but I can't help but to scratch

I have tried palmers lotion with coco butter for dry skin and also the thick cream for stretch marks I have also tried aveeno oatmeal lotion and some moisture therapy lotion and nothing seems to work

I use Palmers, not sure if u have tried this. I notice somedays my belly is itchier than others-make sure you are using fragrance-free lotions. Sometimes the fragrance can cause the itchiness to get worse! :)
