itchy skin
Does anyone else have really bad itchy skin? I see my doctor in two days but my skin s so itchy its torturing me. Its my belly and legs below the knee. My face and arms itch a little but nothing like my belly. I have never had anything itch so bad. I'm putting fragrance free lotion on every hour. It helps but i still itch. I'm not sure how much i can take.
I'll try some oil. I did use some powder a few days in a row because its been so hot, maybe that helped dry me out. Like i said i see my doctor soon so if its anything bad hopefully he will know. I'm trying to pad / rub it rather then scratch it. Thanks ladies.... God i hope this goes away!
first you should look up PUPPP just to make sure that isn't what you have and then drinking lots of water and putting an oil ( I used coconut oil and aloe vera ) should help. My tummy has been so dry the last month it literally makes me want to rip it off because it gets so itchy.....also like the previous poster said try not to scratch it because it will make it worse or leave marks not necessarily stretch marks but it will leave marks
That's from stretching Idk how true it.is but I've been told if yu scratch it.gives yu stretch marks
