jolts of pain all over???

i'm between 4 & 5 weeks preg & i'm terrified! i went to the doctor cuz i was havin some random pain off & on in my right thigh & left hip & i didn't know if it was pregnancy related. doctor said it's prolly just my joints from my uterus startin to grow & everything is stretchin. but now i have the same stabbin pain randomly in my left knee & upper back on the right & left also a little in both sides of pelvis. it's extremely weird i'm havin these random jolts of almost electric pain in all these different areas of my body... is this bad signs of anything with my pregnancy or is this prolly not pregnancy related??? /: help...

Pregnancy can definitely cause weird things to happen and for some its normal and others its not.
Have you ever been tested for an autoimmune disease or fibromyalgia? What you are describing doesn't sound pregnancy related but if you do have something else going on pregnancy can sometimes cause it to become worse. I have inflammatory problems and while pregnant it does get worse. You should definitely ask your doctor about being tested for an autoimmune or even arthritis esp if you have family members with lupus or fibro. Best wishes!
